Description

You will lead automation efforts and own end-to-end accountability for team deliverables throughout the entire SDLB/STLC cycle.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up test environments using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
• Design, document, and execute automation test strategies and plans.
• Create, enhance, debug, and run automated test cases while managing regression testing.
• Monitor the defect management process and resolve issues related to object identity and error handling.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues and provide status updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a QA Test Automation Engineer (SDET Lead).
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for writing test automation.
• Extensive experience in backend Restful API and webservices automation testing.
• Experience with BDD testing frameworks such as Specflow or Cucumber.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and languages including Java or Python.
• Ability to design modular, reusable automated test scripts and Data-Driven Testing.
• Experience performing functional, regression, and performance test execution.
• Proficiency with databases, preferably MS SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, or Aerospike.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to determine root causes and experience participating in code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP Cloud.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
