Description

You will architect backend services and build frontend applications while mentoring team members. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop 70-80% of backend functionality using REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Build Single Page Applications for the remaining 20-30% of development effort.
• Perform heavy data operations, including complex SQL queries, data cleansing, and performance tuning on SQL Server.
• Mentor onshore and offshore team members to ensure code quality and delivery standards.
• Take full ownership of issues and resolve technical challenges independently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET 8+ and C# for backend development.
• Strong command of REST API design and microservices architecture patterns.
• Deep SQL background with capability for complex querying and data processing.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and containerization, ideally Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to drive projects without constant direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical decisions in complex environments.
