Description

Lead architecture and design for large-scale, end-to-end Microsoft CRM implementations across multiple modules and geographies.

You will own the technical strategy for complex Dynamics 365 deployments, managing integrations via Azure Service Bus and Web API, while collaborating with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex Dynamics 365 implementations involving multi-geo rollouts.
• Manage integrations using Azure Service Bus, Web API, and Azure Functions.
• Execute MSCRM installation, setup, and multi-site deployments.
• Collaborate within Agile DevOps and SAFe methodologies to deliver functional requirements.
• Interface directly with customers to define and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of IT experience, with 8-10 years focused on Microsoft technologies.
• 6-8 years of experience with Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect on 2-3 large-scale MSCRM implementations.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Cloud (Sales, Service, Field Service) and versions 2013/2016.
• Proficiency with CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
• Deep knowledge of .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query, and HTML5.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus for system integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile DevOps and SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience with AWS.
