Description

You will own the technical delivery of SharePoint Online, Azure, and Azure SQL solutions while mentoring the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of SharePoint Online, Azure services, and Azure SQL environments.
• Lead hands-on development and provide technical mentoring to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage delivery processes.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI, into existing Microsoft 365 workflows.
• Manage release pipelines and ensure code quality through Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure development.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and customization.
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, PowerShell, and SQL for full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on process management and team guidance.
• Ability to drive technical ownership across complex cloud and on-premise integrations.
