Description

Manage production stability and incident resolution for .NET-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Own production issue resolution by triaging, analyzing, and implementing code changes via the release process.
• Monitor application and infrastructure stability using monitoring tools to ensure system uptime.
• Lead incident escalation calls and provide application support during off-hours or weekends as required.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders through knowledge transfer sessions and business meetings.
• Identify and implement automation or process improvements to enhance existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with jQuery and JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud, GCP, or Pioneer cloud.
• Database experience with MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience using SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or Splunk for site reliability.
• Proficiency with SoapUI, Postman, and MS-SQL.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
