You will design and develop retirement plan administration software using .NET technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust software applications for retirement plan administration.
• Clarify system requirements and contribute to solution design discussions within Agile teams.
• Create automated tests to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Release applications to production environments and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and scrum masters to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development and design.
• Expertise in Object-oriented Design principles.
• Proficiency with SQL Server for data management and queries.
• Experience building REST Web Services.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines for automated releases.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence team members.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
