Description

Lead technical design and implementation of complex software solutions within a scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and architects to design large-scale software solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and pull requests.
• Analyze business requirements to produce detailed software designs.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to improve middleware capabilities.
• Direct offshore teams in feature design and technical debt reduction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and SQL.
• Proficiency using Visual Studio and Git.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based development and software design principles.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and messaging systems.
• Ability to create technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
