Key Responsibilities / Functional

Skills:

• Design and own end-to-end solutions for claims

management systems

• Translate business requirements from claims

operations into scalable technical designs

• Define system architecture, integration patterns,

and data flow with upstream/downstream systems

(policy, payments, third-party vendors)

• Ensure solutions meet performance, security,

scalability, and compliance standards

• Guide QA and peers on claims-specific logic and

edge cases

• Align technical solutions with claims operational

workflows

• Develop and review high-quality, maintainable, and

secure code

• Perform and lead code reviews

• Write unit, integration, and automated tests

• Support reporting, MI, and analytics needs

• Participate in incident management and root cause

analysis

• Provide effort estimates and technical feasibility

assessments

• Improve deployment of pipelines (CI/CD)

Must-Have:

.NET, MVC, Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React), Blazor,

JAVA, IIS Server, AWS

Good to have:

Cloud (AWS, Azure)
