You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications and services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable .NET applications.
• Write clean, documented code and conduct code reviews to mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and software initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the Microsoft .NET and Azure development stack.
• 5+ years of professional application development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an Application Development Lead role.
• Deep proficiency in C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET, Blazor, and RESTful API development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, RS).
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and version control using Git.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI Reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Background working in local government environments.
