Description

You will provide application and production support for enterprise retail and eCommerce systems, focusing on .NET, C#, and SQL Server.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise retail and eCommerce applications with 10+ years of experience.
• Troubleshoot database issues and optimize SQL queries.
• Manage incidents, resolve defects, and support releases.
• Handle batch processing and job monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Application Support or Systems Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong database troubleshooting and query optimization.
• Experience with incident management and release support.
