Provide technical support for .NET applications on-site in Hampden Township, PA.

You will own production support tasks to ensure application stability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues within React and GraphQL implementations.
• Resolve technical incidents reported in the production environment.
• Manage daily production support tasks to maintain application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software support or engineering.
• Strong experience in Production Support for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with React for frontend troubleshooting.
• Experience working with GraphQL API implementations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents in live environments.
• Degree in any field of study.
