Provide production support for .NET-based applications, ensuring stability and rapid issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production environments to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Investigate and fix issues across the .NET, React, and GraphQL stack.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software experience.
• Strong background in production support and incident resolution.
• Proficiency with the .NET framework and C#.
• Experience debugging front-end issues with React.
• Knowledge of GraphQL API structures and queries.
• Degree in any field of study.
