Description

Lead technical development and architectural decisions for the ATI Nursing platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance platform functionality using C#, .NET, Angular, and microservices architecture.
• Design and architect new project features and system components.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical mentoring to junior software engineers.
• Automate deployments and facilitate migration toward CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in an on-call rotation for deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development for web-based applications.
• Extensive experience with .NET, C#, Angular 12+, JQuery, MVC, WCF, and SQL.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS 3.0, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of IIS and the .NET Framework.
• Experience working within Agile-based development methodologies.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Java technologies.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
