Lead technical implementation and adoption of AI assistants across engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation against quarterly milestones.
• Develop adoption strategies for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, integrating legacy frameworks.
• Define requirements and oversee the creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems.
• Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation.
• Expertise in Project Management.
• Experience with Scripting environments.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with legacy system modernization.
