Description

You will lead technical delivery and mentor junior developers within a finance domain environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis, specification, estimation, and implementation of software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve team technical standards.
• Take ownership of resolving technical issues within your domain.
• Influence technical project outcomes through constructive thinking and evaluative judgment.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate potential technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and .NET frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web.
• Deep understanding of OOP concepts.
• Experience with Windows Desktop development.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience using Entity Framework and WCF.
• Experience maintaining source code and builds within DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the finance domain, specifically with AP and AR processes.
