.NET Tech Lead

You own delivery across multiple high-impact initiatives, leading integrations and SaaS migrations from legacy on-prem systems to vendor-hosted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end: scope, design facilitation, execution, risk management, cutover, and stabilization.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to developers and coordinate with infrastructure/data teams.
• Lead the migration of legacy apps to SaaS, defining and validating integration contracts (APIs, payloads).
• Drive solution-level software design for .NET/Azure apps, identifying risks and tradeoffs.
• Oversee Oracle database usage, guiding tuning of stored procedures and ensuring data reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in application development/engineering with .NET (C#) across .NET Framework (4.5+) and modern .NET (Core/5/6/7/8+).
• 3+ years in a technical lead or delivery capacity, guiding developers and owning outcomes.
• Strong Azure knowledge for integration patterns (Event Hubs, Functions, App Services, Key Vault, App Insights).
• Deep experience with application integrations: REST APIs, JSON, authentication (OAuth 2.0), and message patterns.
• Oracle database proficiency: SQL/PLSQL, query/stored procedure performance tuning, execution plans.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs and assess system impacts.
• Comfortable with SDLC leadership in Agile/Kanban environments using Azure DevOps, Git, or Jira.
• Experience managing third-party vendors for integration design and testing.
