Description

Lead engineering teams in building end-to-end web applications using .NET and React. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers by unblocking technical hurdles, estimating tasks, and prioritizing work.
• Collaborate with architects to design solutions for applications and new features.
• Enforce industry best practices and optimal coding standards across the codebase.
• Drive DevOps practices and implement a shift-left approach to quality within the development lifecycle.
• Own the delivery of full-stack applications from conception to deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with .NET for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of DevOps workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage engineering workflows.
