Description

Lead technical delivery and cross-functional teams to implement business requirements for the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for offshore development teams.
• Manage end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of application enhancements.
• Own incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document data flows between systems and guide developers on ETL processes and reporting requirements.
• Recommend technical solutions to improve existing applications and cloud-hosted architectures.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development, specifically within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
• Extensive experience with .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and SQL.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing offshore resources.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud and DevOps practices for hosting applications.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to interact directly with business managers and delivery leads to assess requirements.
