Description

You will lead the development and implementation of client software projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture discussions and partner with other tech leads on technical design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to determine implementation methods and execution schedules.
• Perform code reviews, contribute code, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Synthesize product strategy by interacting with customers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading software projects and managing project lifecycles.
• Strong expertise in Technical Design and architectural decision-making.
• Ability to manage project documentation, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
• Experience analyzing test data and experiments to drive product improvements.
• Capability to align business requirements with technical implementation.
• Degree in any field.
