Description

You will lead the development and implementation of client software projects from inception to delivery.

You will own the technical design, architecture discussions, and project lifecycles while mentoring junior engineers and aligning business requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions and partner with other tech leads on technical design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to determine implementation methods and execution schedules.
• Perform code reviews, contribute code, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Analyze test data and experiments to drive product improvements and align business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading software projects and managing project lifecycles.
• Strong expertise in Technical Design and architectural decision-making.
• Ability to manage project documentation, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.
• Experience analyzing test data and experiments to drive product improvements.
• Capability to align business requirements with technical implementation.
• Degree in any field.
