Lead technical architecture and development for complex digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain and server migrations across multiple applications.
• Set up enterprise-level disaster recovery environments and implement CI/CD processes.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from requirement collection to testing and support.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and conduct code reviews.
• Develop proofs of concept to drive process improvement and technical innovation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
• Hands-on experience with architecture, design, debugging, and coding.
• Expertise in Scaled SaaS solutions, SOA, and microservices.
• Proficiency in REST and API development.
• Experience with message brokers.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components including network and Load Balancers.
• Working knowledge of security aspects such as TLS, SSL, authentication, encryption, certificate management, and data flow.
• Experience managing databases and complex business logic integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience onboarding and managing outsourcing teams.
