Description

Lead technical direction and Agile execution for a development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile processes including DoR, DoD, backlog structuring, and sprint planning.
• Perform feature-level technical design and review code-level designs for team members.
• Develop complex or foundational software components.
• Hold the team accountable for iteration-level delivery and planned scope.
• Conduct code reviews and champion engineering excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET WebApi.
• Strong understanding of OOA/D, SOA, REST, and PoEAA.
• Proficiency in GoF patterns and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Experience with MSSQL, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services including App Service, Key Vault, Entra ID, VNets, and Managed Identity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.
