Description

Lead technical direction and architecture for complex IT projects serving international financial sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern software solutions and high-performance architectures.
• Create detailed project documentation and functional specifications.
• Lead software implementations and collaborate with users to solve ongoing technical problems.
• Mentor and support junior programmers within the team.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of professional programming experience.
• Proficiency in C# and frameworks including ASP.NET Core and EF Core.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically MS SQL.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and their practical application.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues and complex technical problems.
• Professional fluency in both English and Polish for technical documentation and team communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing web applications and systems processing large data sets.
• Practical knowledge of front-end technologies.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud solutions.
