Description

You will lead the strategy and implementation of GitHub Copilot adoption across the organization's technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
  • Develop adoption strategies for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, integrating legacy frameworks.
  • Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive organizational change.
  • Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacks.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • Deep experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
  • Proven experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation.
  • Experience integrating COTS solutions.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills.
  • Project management expertise.
