Description

You will drive GitHub Copilot adoption across the organization's technology landscape, focusing on legacy systems (60-70% Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting) and COTS integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
• Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management and define requirements.
• Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs for diverse technology stacks.
• Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation.
• Strong consultative and communication skills to drive change.
• Project management expertise for managing quarterly milestones.
• Ability to build adoption strategies for legacy frameworks and COTS integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages in addition to primary stacks.
