Description

You will lead GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent development across Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments. You define requirements, drive change management, and establish KPIs for technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis to identify Copilot adoption opportunities within development teams.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
• Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems.
• Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs for diverse technology stacks.
• Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ environments.
• Proven GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Project management expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
