Description

You will lead GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation across legacy Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify adoption opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
• Develop adoption strategies for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, including legacy frameworks.
• Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems.
• Design organization-wide training programs and establish KPIs to measure adoption success.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
• Proven GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience.
• Strong consultative and communication skills to interface with architects and management.
• Project management expertise to drive change management across diverse technology stacks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages in legacy system contexts.
• Background in COTS integration.
