Description

Lead GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent development across Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis to identify Copilot adoption opportunities in legacy and COTS systems.
• Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones.
• Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments.
• Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management.
• Design and implement organization-wide Copilot training programs and measure adoption success.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with Java, .NET, and C/C++ environments.
• Proven GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Project management expertise.
• Experience with legacy system integration.
