Description

You will own and lead complex .NET and Azure solutions, defining cloud-native architectures and guiding implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and early-life support using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Lead sprint planning, showcases, and technical decision-making for cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback to raise team capability.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals and solution shaping for new projects.
• Build microservices, containerised solutions, and event-driven architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and .NET Core.
• Commercial expertise with Azure services: App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus.
• Strong DevOps experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of architecture, design patterns, and trade-offs.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS/SNS.
