Description

Lead .NET development and SQL Server implementation while managing offshore delivery teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development using .NET and SQL Server.
• Lead and coordinate with the offshore development team.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and support issue resolution.
• Drive deliverables through regular status updates and stakeholder calls.
• Support deployment and release management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking.
• Familiarity with CTRL+M Scheduler.
• Ability to work independently in offshore/onshore models.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client-facing project calls.
• Background in cross-functional team collaboration.
