Description

You will lead development teams, manage sprint execution, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications following architectures provided by solution architects.
• Manage sprint progress, monitor work items, and assign support issues to developers.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to define new requirements and change requests.
• Resolve application issues and support tickets within established service timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to developers to unblock tasks and ensure team delivery.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience, including 4-5 years in a technical or team lead role.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core 3.1 or greater, and Microsoft .NET MVC.
• Strong SQL skills covering table design, programming, and optimization.
• Experience with Web API, Async Programming, Threading, and Tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work rotational shifts or US working hours until at least Noon CST.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Previous experience in direct customer interactions.
