Lead technical direction and architecture for .NET projects while mentoring the engineering team through the full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and make critical technical trade-offs for .NET solutions.
• Own the technical lifecycle of development tasks from initial design to final deployment.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Drive adoption of best practices for code quality and system reliability.
• Lead technical implementation efforts across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in .NET frameworks and core technologies.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong ability to define architecture and guide implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Experience leading technical implementations in complex environments.
