Description

Lead a development team in London while overseeing technical standards, application engineering methodologies, and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to development team members.
• Perform code reviews and enforce application standards and leading practices.
• Monitor developer performance and ensure tasks are completed within set targets.
• Communicate with client technical architects to resolve queries and provide project updates.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET and SQL scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with TDD, CQRS, and MediatR patterns.
• Proficiency in NHibernate or Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0.
• Working knowledge of Asp.Net MVC Core, Swagger, and Postman.
• Technical stack including C#, .NET 6, and jQuery.
• Experience with Git and SQL database/logical data organization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift, Docker, Azure Functions, App Services, or Service Bus.
• Familiarity with the Insurance domain.
