Description

You will lead hands-on .NET development and coordinate with the offshore team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development using .NET technologies and SQL Server.
• Lead and coordinate with the existing offshore development team to ensure alignment.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and support issue resolution.
• Manage deployment and release activities using CTRL+M Scheduler.
• Drive deliverables through regular status updates and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency in JIRA for task management.
• Experience with CTRL+M Scheduler.
• Ability to work independently with project stakeholders.
• Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models.
