Description

You will lead full-lifecycle delivery of engineering initiatives, owning work from requirements breakdown through production readiness. You will code across the full stack—backend services, frontend integration, and database—while setting coding standards and approving pull requests. Your role requires strong communication to align technical decisions with business partners and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring quality, testing, and production readiness.
• Develop full-stack solutions using .NET, Java, or Python backends with React or Angular frontends.
• Design and optimize SQL databases, focusing on schema design and performance tuning.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, reviewing code and debugging production issues.
• Mentor team members and drive technical discussions and trade-off decisions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on proficiency in .NET, Java, or Python for backend API and service development.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Angular.
• Strong SQL skills including schema design, data integrity, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and disciplined testing practices.
• Proven ability to translate technical details into clear status updates for stakeholders.
