You own the full lifecycle delivery for assigned initiatives, from breaking down requirements to driving work to production readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements into executable deliverables and manage dependencies.
• Flag risks proactively and drive initiatives to completion.
• Code across the stack, including APIs, services, UI integration, and database access.
• Review and approve code, setting design and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python for backend development.
• Experience with Angular or React for frontend integration.
• Strong SQL skills, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated testing discipline.
