Owns full lifecycle delivery of assigned initiatives, driving work from requirements through production readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements into executable deliverables and manage dependencies.
• Code across the stack (backend, frontend, database) and debug production issues.
• Review code, approve merges, and set coding and design standards.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate team efforts to ensure quality.
• Translate technical details into clear status updates for business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with React, Angular, or modern JS frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage dependencies and flag risks early.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical discussions and trade-off decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
