You will lead the technical direction and delivery of scalable, reliable business systems in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the engineering team.
• Drive alignment across development teams using data-oriented and transparent methods.
• Balance security debt, product stability, and new features against market timelines.
• Mentor and challenge engineers to support their technical growth.
• Build and maintain server-side API-based architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in C# and Web APIs.
• Experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Proficiency with REST, WCF, or SOAP protocols.
• Relational database experience with MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• NoSQL experience with MongoDB, Firestore, or Redshift.
• Cloud platform experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Client-side experience with JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, caching (Redis/Memcached), GraphQL, or PKI/Certificate Authentication.
