Description

Lead the technical direction and development of full stack .NET web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of agile software projects and decompose business and system architecture to support clean-interface multi-team development.
• Design and develop externally-facing web .NET applications while engaging with business stakeholders to communicate technical requirements at every level.
• Author developer-friendly documentation, including design documents and deployment procedures.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Sprint "Definition of Done" criteria and adhere to test-driven development (TDD) practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating and deploying full stack .NET web applications in agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience developing software in team environments using configuration management tools.
• 5+ years of experience using a test-driven development (TDD) approach.
• 5+ years of experience authoring technical design and deployment documentation.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with business stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience leading development on agile software projects.
• 2+ years of experience designing externally-facing web .NET applications.
• 2+ years of experience decomposing architecture for multi-team development.
