Description

Lead technical execution for a team of 10-20 engineers, owning program delivery, architectural governance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful program and project execution.
• Lead technical governance, quality standards, and architectural adherence across web, middle tier, and data solutions.
• Manage project scoping, planning, and delivery to meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Translate solution architecture outcomes into detailed design specifications and provide technical oversight for IT portfolios.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members on application engineering methodologies, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical leadership or engineering roles.
• Expertise in .NET and .NET Core frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Advanced SQL skills for data solutions.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and DHTML.
• Hands-on experience with Ajax and jQuery.
• Experience designing and implementing Web Services.
• Ability to manage large, complex strategic programs and technical project lifecycles.
