Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET projects from inception through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Manage project budgets and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the complete SDLC, ensuring requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment are executed efficiently.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Technical understanding of the .NET stack and software architecture.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SDLC management.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
• Expertise in budget management and resource planning.
• Ability to manage project scope changes and documentation.
