Description

You will design, develop, and support distributed web-based applications for employment-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new distributed web applications and modify existing systems within state-budgeted projects.
• Maintain and support core systems including Wisconsin Work Programs, CARES Worker Web, ACCESS, and MyAccess.
• Execute full lifecycle tasks including analysis, design, coding, testing, and quality assurance.
• Produce technical user documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of .NET development experience.
• 3+ years of application architecture experience.
• 8+ years of experience with DB2, SQL Server, or similar database technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with the Angular framework.
• 5+ years of experience with AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services, and HTML.
• 2+ years of experience using Team Foundation Server or GitHub.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Experience with XML and Telerik.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience.
• 8+ years working with IIS, ASP.NET, MVC, DB2, or Oracle Server systems.
• 3 years of experience with test-driven development (TDD) and unit, system, or user testing.
