Description

You will develop and maintain scalable web applications and modernize legacy desktop systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and modernize legacy VB.NET desktop applications.
• Design and build scalable web apps using ASP.NET MVC, Angular, or React.
• Implement event handlers for asynchronous processes to improve responsiveness.
• Migrate legacy interfaces to modern .NET Core services.
• Integrate security controls like CSP and CORS into the codebase.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Front-end expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with SQL Server and database technologies.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, including batch processing and queues.
• Experience migrating applications from on-premise to cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and defensive programming.
• Experience working within an agile development environment.
