Description

You will design, develop, and support distributed web-based employment applications and existing state systems within a Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using multi-layered object-oriented design techniques.
• Analyze, code, test, and perform quality assurance for new and existing employment program applications.
• Evaluate and recommend programming languages, design tools, and application frameworks.
• Create user documentation and training materials throughout the system development life cycle.
• Support modifications for federally mandated, state budget, and administrative projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Application Development and Support of IIS, ASP.NET, MVC, and DB2/Oracle server-based systems.
• 8+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and SDLC deliverables.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Writing and Documentation.
• 8+ years of experience in creating Unit, System, and User Acceptance Test plans.
• 5+ years of experience with Web Services, Windows Communication Foundation, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, and jQuery UI.
• 3+ years of experience with the Angular framework.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL, SPUFI, IBM Data Studio, FileManager, or QMF tools.
• Proficiency in .NET (MS), ASP.NET, XML/XSL/XSLT, and relational databases including DB2 and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with C#, Crystal Reports, and Team Foundation Server.
