Description

Design and implement cloud-based applications using the Microsoft tech stack and microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement scalable applications in cloud environments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Develop and manage REST APIs using JSON, Swagger, and secure authentication mechanisms like OAuth2 and JWT.
• Design and maintain microservices architectures using containers and cloud services.
• Apply TDD, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with business users and team members through professional communication and agile practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented development, clean coding, and architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API management, and JSON.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript, Angular, React, Polymer, or jQuery.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and cloud integration.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and TLS.
• Experience with database design using SQL Server and NoSQL.
• Practical use of DevOps principles, Git, and version control workflows.
• Experience with web services including XML and SOAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VSTS and automated deployment pipelines.
