Description

You will deploy and manage NetApp storage solutions, with a primary focus on ONTAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage NetApp storage infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve storage, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Coordinate hardware RMA processes, including logistics for component returns and replacements.
• Collaborate with NetApp support to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Communicate technical updates to clients and maintain internal reporting.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in NetApp storage support.
• Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, SnapMirror, and SnapVault.
• Proficiency with storage protocols including NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, and FC.
• Understanding of network infrastructure related to storage.
• Experience managing hardware return and replacement processes.
• Ability to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with 24x7 standby requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• NetApp ASE2 or ASE3 (Authorized Service Engineer) certification.
• Additional storage or networking certifications such as NCDA or NCSA.
