Description

You will serve as the technical authority for the design, support, and optimization of enterprise NetApp environments, providing architect-level knowledge across the NetApp portfolio and ONTAP.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and performance analysis to resolve complex, high-impact issues and drive system stability.
• Plan and execute storage and data migrations, including assessment, validation, and risk mitigation to minimize business disruption.
• Provide architectural guidance and documentation for technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Optimize enterprise NetApp environments using deep hands-on expertise in ONTAP, NFS, and CIFS/SMB protocols.
• Explain complex technical issues clearly and consult with stakeholders on storage-centric networking concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with NetApp ONTAP administration and architecture.
• Deep hands-on expertise in NFS and CIFS/SMB protocols.
• Strong understanding of storage-centric networking concepts.
• Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Experience resolving complex storage issues in enterprise environments.
• Ability to plan and execute data migrations with risk identification.
• Strong consulting and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Architect-level knowledge across the full NetApp portfolio.
