Description

You will design, develop, and maintain record-keeping systems for retirement plan administration within an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software applications for retirement plan administration.
• Engage in technical discussions to define system requirements when documentation is sparse.
• Develop and execute automated tests to ensure application stability.
• Release applications to production environments on a regular schedule.
• Support legacy systems using Delphi and modernize components as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core and Framework).
• Hands-on experience with Delphi.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Background in API development.
• Experience using test automation tools.
• Competency in C++.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, or PCF.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
