Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise applications for criminal justice and law enforcement systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into technical designs and programming specifications.
• Implement enterprise solutions following established application development and data security patterns.
• Build, deploy, and test software modules using automated testing and deployment tools.
• Execute unit and integration testing procedures and review test plans with QA staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Experience with Entity Framework and T-SQL for MS SQL Server.
• Experience developing Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above.
• Experience with Web API and REST/SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 4/5 or jQuery.
• Experience with unit testing using NUnit.
• Experience using XML schemas and XSLT.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts.
• Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems.
