Description

You will design and build data solutions using Netezza and modern cloud platforms, focusing on Azure Databricks and CI/CD automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL processes within Azure Databricks.
• Manage and monitor Databricks clusters and workflows to ensure performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Integrate Azure cloud data services with Databricks and existing platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Netezza and ETL development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, and Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with distributed computing concepts (e.g., joins, partitions, shuffle).
• Experience with CI/CD practices and version control (GitHub).
• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SDLC and modern engineering practices.
